This project wasn't a single renovation. It was three major renovation stages completed over time for the same client.
Each stage focused on a different area of the home. By the end of the third project, the property had been transformed into a fully renovated, high-functioning family home.
The scope included:

The Result
Across the three renovation stages, the home was progressively transformed into a fully upgraded family property designed for both everyday living and entertaining.
The completed work included three newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious master suite, and a designer kitchen built for a serious home cook. Living areas were upgraded to better connect the spaces throughout the home, while a separate guest wing with its own ensuite created a comfortable area for visitors. Outside, the project extended to new outdoor living areas, including a pool and decks.
More importantly, the relationship with the clients strengthened across each stage of the work. Clients don't return for a second and third major renovation unless the first experience has been handled properly, and continuing to work together across multiple projects was a strong reflection of that trust.
